Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All subscription purchases are non-refundable. By subscribing to any Brunu AI plan, you acknowledge and agree that charges are final once processed.
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the product fully before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to use it before purchasing.
Exceptions
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a one-time courtesy refund under the following conditions:
- You were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge or billing bug
- The service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
- You contact us within 48 hours of your charge and have not used the service during that period
We reserve the right to decline any refund request that falls outside these conditions.
No Refunds For
- Partial months or unused days remaining in a billing cycle
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality or results
- Accidental purchases after a free trial ends
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out — we're a small team and we do our best to make things right.
How to Request a Refund
Email us with your account details and we'll respond within 3–5 business days.
